Learning Outcomes
Students recognise a claim-relevant fact and know how to formulate, document and present it to their contractual partner. Both the contractor side and the client side are considered for an objective-neutral evaluation.
Students are able to establish the contractual reference and negotiate the claim with their contractual partner in a success-oriented manner. The focus is on factual claims with an outlook on the subject of building time claims.
