- understand the basic functions of construction contracts
- gain an insight into building construction and earthworks methods
- gain an insight into the functions of work preparation and are able to prepare basically time schedules as well as construction site layouts
- will be able to calculate the costs of construction work and fix the tender prices basically
- understand the principles of BIM
