The students …

  • will be able to differentiate the main features of the structures of construction project organizations
  • understand the basic functions of construction contracts
  • gain an insight into building construction and earthworks methods
  • gain an insight into the functions of work preparation and are able to prepare basically time schedules as well as construction site layouts
  • will be able to calculate the costs of construction work and fix the tender prices basically
  • understand the principles of BIM

  • Introduction into construction project organisation
  • Fundamentals of construction contracts
  • Fundamentals of earthworks and building construction methods
  • Fundamentals in work preparation (construction site layout, time scheduling)
  • Introduction into BIM
  • Fundamentals of cost estimation and pricing in construction
